Service Scope
Work includes surface preparation and application of certified coatings per written specifications.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate site access and disclose any known substrate conditions.
Payment Terms
Deposits secure scheduling; balances are due upon completion of each phase.
Change Orders
Modifications require written approval and may adjust timelines and costs.
Warranty Limitations
Coverage applies only to work performed by Mildura Painters personnel.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects discovered during assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of 48 hours is required to avoid administrative fees.
Safety Compliance
All operations follow OSHA and local code requirements for Painting activities.
Dispute Resolution
Matters are first addressed through direct technical consultation.
Governing Law
Agreements are interpreted under applicable state regulations.
Entire Agreement
These terms supersede prior discussions and constitute the full contract.
